Hi there! Hope you are all as excited as I am that it is almost the weekend and summer is still going strong. I don’t know why but even when its over 100 degrees in Texas I love it! Summer has definitely been an interesting time for me and with so much travel I have fallen off the fitness game. It hasn’t been as horrible as I thought it would be but I am not clean eating and definitely splurging in meals a bit more than usual.
August is almost here and I plan to start strong and stick to it! I will go into meal plans soon but have at least been steadily going to weights 4-5 days a week and spin class 4 days a week.
Lets get the second half of 2017 off right!
