I still cant believe these 8 weeks are coming to an end and I feel like it was yesterday when I decided to start making changes for the better. It has been an interesting 8 weeks with its ups and downs but boy did I learn some great lessons. I have lost a total of around 15 pounds which is right on target with what I could have hoped for, especially with travelling and other things that came up along the way.
Unfortunately my last week of training didn’t go as planned due to a neck injury that occurred while kayaking in Arkansas. But that was no excuse to miss some cardio sessions so I still feel as if I finished strong.
Overall I am excited with my progress so far and cannot wait to keep hitting the gym hard everyday and hitting those cardio sessions at least 5 days a week.
I will be travelling a lot over the next 3 weeks which will make my gyms scarce but I do hope to add a lot more running to make sure my fitness level stays where its at.
After my travels I do plan to go back at it hard and really drill down into my nutrition since that at the end of the day is one of the most important things. I haven’t don’t a horrible job but I know that if I wait until the last minute I end up eating whatever is closest.
I lastly will continue using Kaged Muscle supplements since I just trust that company and love that he stands behind his products.
I cannot wait to see how the rest of the summer goes and what I can do by just focusing on my fitness.
Traveling will also continue to be a big part of this blog and I really want to push documenting that a lot more.
